Creality Sprite Pro сразу начинает нагревать хотэнд при запуске
Моя настройка
- Эндер 3 Про
- Creality Board v4.2.7
- Прошивка Klipper (отлично работает со стандартным экструдером Creality Bowden и экструдером Creality Direct Drive)
- Совершенно новый хотэнд Creality Sprite Pro.
Электропроводка
- Я проверил, что нагревательный картридж hotend подключен правильно. Фактически, если я поменяю полярность нагревательного элемента hotend, ЖК-дисплей будет мигать, как будто плата постоянно перезагружается.
Проблема
При запуске нагревательный элемент сразу же начинает нагреваться на 100% (24 В постоянного тока) без какой-либо команды на это.
Что я пробовал
- Я отключил нагреватель горячего конца (на головке Sprite Pro) и вижу 24 В постоянного тока на выходе сопла платы.
- Если я отсоединю ленточный кабель на конце спрайта, то увижу ~ 300 мВ на выходе сопла.

Как предотвратить нагрев горячего конца при запуске?

После долгого скрежета зубовного я определил, что проблема была в проводе Z-стопа от подключенного 40-жильного кабеля.
Sprite Pro оснащен 5-контактным разъемом BL Touch. По какой-то причине подключение 2-контактного разъема к порту Z-stop приводит к тому, что выход нагревателя сопла фиксируется на уровне 24 В постоянного тока.
