После двух недель работы над различными настройками в разных слайсерах у меня наконец-то появился профиль, который улучшил качество моих печатей. У него все еще есть некоторые выступы, которые, я уверен, улучшатся за счет увеличения потока охлаждения, как уже упоминалось в 0scar.

Судя по стендовым испытаниям, видно, что температура довольно высока или что недостаточно частичного потока охлаждения. Это видно по провисанию неподдерживаемых нависающих конструкций. Учитывая, что носовая часть Скамейки довольно тонкая, наиболее вероятной причиной является температура, обычно при слишком малом частичном охлаждающем потокеносовая часть показывает дефекты.

Пожалуйста, обратите внимание, что стенд-это трюк, который действительно показывает дефекты, но это не калибровочный объект, есть много других различных тестовых отпечатков.

Я согласен с этим ответом. Там может быть препятствие в охлаждении. У меня также есть B1, вы проверили включенную печатную деталь, которая перенаправляет вентиляторы воздуходувки к этой детали, и убедились, что она чиста? Мой пришел с некоторым искажением, которое я должен был подпилить.
